Three Leaf Farm
Three Leaf Catering has the unique privilege of being able to cater events at our own Three Leaf Farm. Our farm grows organic produce for use in our local restaurants and our catering events. The farm is located in Lafayette, and is nestled against the Coal Creek with majestic views of the Flatirons and the Continental Divide.
Our small farm grows a wide variety of produce, including vegetables, fruits, and herbs. Almost 100% of the harvest goes directly to the restaurants to be used in our seasonal menus. The farm is also home to our chicken flock, which provides fresh eggs, and our adorable pygmy goats, and a few lucky horses.
The farm allows us to provide organic, seasonal, freshly harvested ingredients in an affordable way. It also strengthens our commitment to cultivating a more sustainably focused company with strong ties to our community. Much of our restaurant kitchen waste is returned to farm for composting, creating a strong cycle of sustainable agriculture.
Our chefs work directly with our farmer to ensure the highest quality, seasonal produce for our menus, and these ingredients are also readily available for our catering menus.
